Madeline Bickerstaff serves as branch supervisor for Raymond James at the AGW Group, overseeing daily supervision and compliance for the practice’s growing number of offices. Her responsibilities include preparing for branch audits, guiding new hires through transitions and training, and ensuring adherence to Raymond James compliance standards. In addition to her supervisory role, Madeline assists several advisors in servicing client accounts – placing trades, opening new accounts, transferring funds, and presenting retirement plans.

A graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in economics and a business minor, Madeline holds her SIE, Florida health and life and annuity licenses, and Series 7, 66, 9 and 10 securities licenses. Her career began with internships at Raymond James and Charles Schwab, where she gained hands-on experience in client service and operations. She also ran a successful mathematics tutoring business during high school and college, applying her passion for helping others – a quality she continues to bring to her work today.

Madeline builds deep, meaningful relationships with clients, striving to go above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. She is especially passionate about educating younger generations on the importance of investing and financial planning. Patient, empathetic, and driven, Madeline is continuously pursuing professional growth through mentorship and ongoing education.

Outside of work, Madeline enjoys playing beach volleyball, running, and spending time with family. A Florida native, she is originally from Windermere and now resides in Baldwin Park.
