Andrew Fager
Technology Learning and Development Coach Branch Professional – RJFSAndrew Fager brings more than two decades of experience in technology training and development to his role as technology learning and development coach. He partners with advisor teams to onboard new members, guide the adoption of Raymond James technology, and enhance client service. His goal is to make every interaction not just a teaching moment, but a meaningful experience that empowers advisors to grow their practices.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University and holds a Certification in Human Resource Management from Cornell University. He is also a Registered Corporate Coach™ through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
Before joining the AGW Group, Andrew served as Director of Learning and Development at Concurrent Investment Advisors, where he helped deploy technology platforms for a nationwide RIA, and trained teams to leverage technology for business growth. He also served as a regional consultant for Raymond James, delivering technology education across Florida and Georgia, and Assistant Vice President of National Training Programs at Morgan Stanley, where he oversaw technology adoption during the firm’s merger with Smith Barney.
Originally from Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, Andrew now lives in Orlando, Florida. Outside of work, he enjoys attending car shows, traveling, playing acoustic guitar, and cheering on Tampa Bay sports teams and Penn State football. He has supported charitable organizations including Gasparilla Festival of the Arts, Habitat for Humanity, and Ronald McDonald House.
